  • Skip caffeine the day of, it can dehydrate you.

  • Keep drinking water, half your body weight in ounces for 3 days.
  • Move your body, walking, light cardio or sauna boosts the flush.
  • No alcohol or heavy carbs for 48 hours.
  • Dry brush daily to support lymphatic drainage.

Does it hurt?+

Not at all. Cavitation feels like a warm massage with a faint humming sound. RF feels like a hot stone. EMS feels like deep muscle contractions, intense but never painful.

When will I see results?+

Most clients see noticeable change after their first session, especially in inches. Real, lasting contouring shows up across a series of 3 to 8 sessions, depending on your goals.

How many sessions do I need?+

Minimum 3 to see lasting results. A typical plan is 6 to 8 sessions, once a week, with maintenance every 4 to 6 weeks after.

Is this a weight loss treatment?+

No. Body sculpting is for shape and contour, not the scale. You'll lose inches, not necessarily pounds.

Can I do it after a BBL or lipo?+

Yes, and many clients do. Post-op lymphatic and contouring work helps you heal smoother and protect your results. We just need clearance from your surgeon first.

How long is each appointment?+
