Appointments & booking
Appointments may be booked online via Vagaro or by phone. A valid card may be required to reserve your time slot.
Cancellations & no-shows
Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.
Pricing
Service pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on add-ons or session length.
Health & safety
Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before your service. Some treatments are not appropriate during pregnancy or with certain conditions.
Satisfaction
Your experience matters. If something isn't right, let us know within 7 days and we'll work with you to make it right.
